Dried porcini

What a wonderful thing these dried bits of cardboard are! Really, put some in your cupboard. You can rustle up a risotto with barely anything in the house and on Sunday I transformed my pretty good lamb stew into a wonder stew with a handful of porcini. It really deepened the flavour.
