Spent most of day baking. Well no, actually I spent most of the day putting the pinger on to remind me to knead for another 10-15 seconds and finally I got to bake the bread. I'll post in more detail tomorrow.
Does anyone else call their kitchen timer a pinger or is that just me - I think I got it from my grandmother. Must check what my relatives call them. Perhaps it's a family meme. Blimey, I must be tired if I'm wittering on about memes.
