Yesterday, I fed the natural leaven after using half of it to bake bread (more on that later). Today it was attempting to escape its jar and has had to be moved into a bigger home. Remind you of anything? I'm hoping it's friendly...
UPDATE: On the basis that I don't want to make more bread today or probably tomorrow, I have followed Steve's advice and put the leaven in the fridge. The End?
