My tomatoes are still looking rather ropey. So far they have suffered from some horrible thing to their leaves which makes them turn yellow and drop off and then many of the flowers dried up and rotted and fell off. I've look this up, and received advice. And then I've decided to shrug and bear with it. Fact is that although I have grown tomatoes outdoors before, I did that in a sheltered south-east facing terraced garden in central London and not on the side of the Black Mountains. Next year I'm getting a greenhouse.
Meanwhile, this year's tomatoes are actually sporting tomatoes. Hurray. All is not lost. Yet. I hope.
