The leaven

Looking good. It takes 6 days and eventually you have a creamy potion which bubbles and smells slightly acidic but not unpleasant. I've used nearly all of it up in a loaf which I have set to rise over night. Sorry Mr Lepard but I just couldn't fit the every 30 minutes kneading in today or tomorrow. I have fed or is it refreshed the leaven to see if it can keep going.

Next stop the loaf.
