Then aubergine - in this case the Tres Hative de Barbentane have all come up but the Rosa Bianca show no signs of germination which is disappointing.

There are also signs of beetroot but they are so minute that a photograph won't do them justice.

I've just looked at this entry again and really the photographs are very unimpressive. Lots of mud and not much greenery. Fortunately the garden also contains this:
