Running

The shoes arrived! And today they had their first outing. Here they are on my feet.



And this is what the weather looked like.



Bit disappointed by the picture as it doesn't really show that it was raining. I am starting slow as it is ages since I took any proper exercise and decades probably since I ran. So it was walk mostly, run a little bit. I was out for 30 minutes and I didn't end up collapsed in a ditch or bright red with exhaustion. Also there were almost no witnesses - just a few surprised cows and one car. In fact it was lovely despite the rain. Next outing (won't call it a run until it's more running than walking), Thursday.
