And now moles!

Moles! In my raised bed. The cheek. They just missed the lettuce and french beans, and instead buried three very small leaf beet seedlings. Correct me if I'm wrong but they aren't interested in the plants. I'm just trying to imagine what was going on in its head - "blimey this bit's easy to dig, wonder where I am?".

Now I can't get the mole episode of Shaun the Sheep out of my mind. You probably have to be a parent to know what I mean. Only the goat is scarier.

Oh, I haven't thought about moles in years. I don't think we have them here, but we get groundhogs which are very cute unless you're a farmer.

Hope the rotters stay away from the rest of your beds.

The only Shaun the Sheep I know is from Wallace and Gromit's A Close Shave. Hee hee.

That's the right sheep. The BBC gave him his own series. Very funny. I think it's going global as I've seen it last year on a plane from Singapore to Thailand.

Oh dear! I've heard of mice in beds but never moles...are you usually this unlucky?! You can get these smelly things that you put in the ground to stop moles apparently, or you could just camp out with a very large pole?
